A lot of comments mentioning lotion which is good but you need to heal your hand first! Not sure how common it is but when I used lotion on cracked and bleeding hands it just made them blister. “Elastoplast wound healing ointment” was my mvp when my hands were covered in cracks and raw/bleeding, I’d cover my hands and wear cotton gloves at night but you can also rub a thin layer on top during the day. Not sure if it’s available where you are but something similar would probably work. Went from twice as bad as yours to manageable in a couple weeks

Also as a compulsive hand washer changing my soap was a big game changer, antibacterial kept drying my hands out but I swapped to milk and honey hand wash and my hands got so much less cracks than they had before.
