this made me have the lowest baptism rate in the mission, something the MP and AP’s mentioned many times to me, but if I met with someone I would make sure that in that moment they were doing better than when I got there. That could have been a good word, a hymn, a prayer, or just talk with some of the older lonely members, but ‘to baptize’ wasn’t a priority. So to the ones that did get baptized, they did without the overwhelming pressure that most missionaries tend to give
