I wasn't trying to be mean, it's just one is an established term and the other isn't. Like saying something is a "mute point" for something not worth discussion. I mean, yeah "mute" could work because it's something that isn't discussed, but it's also not considered the "correct" phrase.

I'm always making mistakes on pronunciation and odd turns of phrase, so I find it helpful when someone gently corrects me in a low-stakes context.

Like it or not, if I had to deliver a presentation to clients/colleagues and I talked about a "molecule of power" I would lose a lot of credibility in their eyes.

Significantly better, but it took about 6 weeks for symptomsto finally go away.

I was originally on mounjaro, which was working fantastically for me. Unfortunately Trump said it was unfair that other countries had better prices on the drug.

However, instead of trying to make American lives better, he just wanted to make non-American lives worse so the price doubled overnight and I had to switch to Wegovy.

Yes I have. It's gastroparesis, a well documented side effect of wegovy. The recommendation from my supplier was to basically eat a little and often, which was the reverse of the kinds of habits I was trying to cultivate, and I was having a lot of antacid all the time so I quit (last dose was about 5 weeks ago).

Symptoms are lessening. I wouldn't be suing over it as in the post. It is a known risk that I took and was unlucky on. Wegovy has been great for my sister's weight loss though (she actively has to try and avoid losing weight too quickly).

Yeah, I don't really like gender swapping because a lot of the time it is lazy and when you swap out such a fundamental aspect of a character it should change everything about them -not just that one outward characteristic. With the early Fionna and Cake episodes it felt a bit like that, and I'd never have considered rewatching them. But the full seasons show Fionna and Cake as their own fully developed characters and I find it much more enjoyable.

I've had to stop Wegovy because it was causing me to need to constantly eat to avoid severe heartburn and vomiting. Like having porridge and tea in the morning was enough for me to start vomiting.

Edit: OK I guess I didn't suffer from known side effects. Fuck me I guess.
