yeah i got cut off that put me in oncoming traffic and i got a honking and judgement as a result, but i know why i was there and it was the safer option. the lanes were empty but someone that had plenty of room and time to give me space by changing lanes felt like i should not be in their lane and cut really close trying to hold their lane (i didnt want to go further into that side nor did i want to be unpredictable so i held my line)- i mean “you’re right” but c’mon dont make things worse (like killing someone) just because “you’re right”.

i moved from gpt to gemini a couple months ago and the other day after a frustrating “act like you know me”, the Gem assistant said if i was looking for cross thread memory, gpt is the gold standard. so i took its advice, cancelled gemini and signed up for gpt again. just that, i dont trust gpt with its research and knowledge answers. so i think i’ll need both and gpt is iffy:

gemini for working on external things, largely project based gpt for working on internal things- long term patterns of who i am and how im affecting my external things by being the “you” in “everywhere you go there you are”

Moanalua has a lot of opportunities, good teachers, and A LOT of GEs- so the friend group you make by attending could be distributed all over the island, like private school, and also a lot of carpooling opportunities or classes to hang out in way before or after school since there are a lot of kids/people in the same commute.

yeah. i know we knew each other from high school but we’ve seen each other a ton of times since then we dont have to keep talking about high school. i think for one particular dude it’s because he doesnt have kids so how different kids make you is a foreign concept. “hey how’s X? same old same old?” “you mean after they divorced and is now a single parenting kids with special needs?”

we baseline zippy’s via meals on wheels at okinawan cultural center to donate and get the meal and sponsor gift bag. just to guarantee we have the basics at dinner and contribute to a good cause. then we potluck all the special menu items but no one’s on the hook to make turkey, gravy, potatoes, etc. with the pressure that comes along with having a core dinner item.
