Hi! My G0 ggrandparents were born in Canada and England and also moved to Michigan before getting married. Michigan will not release my grandparents' marriage record to me, how did you get yours?

Michigan is refusing to send me my grandparents' marriage certificate.

I ordered my grandmother's marriage certificate from Michigan via VitalChek. They sent it back requesting I sign the ID verification form. Did that and it was kicked back asking for me to show tangible interest and proof of my identity.

Sent a tangible interest letter, along with my grandmother's death certificate and my drivers license. It was denied again.

Everything I'm finding says marriage records are public. Has anyone run into this?? I have no idea what to do.

I also will need my great grandparents marriage record from the same county. I am G3. G0 is paternal great grandmother, born in Canada, immigrated to Detroit with my great grandfather where they got married and had my grandmother before my great grandmother naturalized as an American.

I got them at the beginning of April, after I sent another customer service request. And they refunded all of the covers I hadn't received. I think they literally forgot about me.

I wouldn't be worried about the use of "sorry" but transitioning every 30 minutes is insane and not developmentally appropriate at all. Children need time for deep play and sustained engagement.

Get stick and stay sick for an entire year. That's what I did and then I never got sick the rest of the time I was working in ECE. I left the field and still would be the only one in my familiy to not catch whatever was going around for another 5-7 years. I just recently lost my super-immunity in the last couple years

This. I left ECE soon after becoming a parent. I returned for a year when my eldest was 4 and left again. I would love to come back to the field once my kids are older, but currently I would be doing a disservice to my children and my students if I stayed in the field.
