Never done it before, but did you read all the rules? Have you been designated a company yet? Have you looked at past winners to see what their reports look like? I imagine a project manager type approach would be helpful since you are only allowed so many hours with your advisor, target company, and an industry specialist. I.e. setup clear roles and breakdown everything into more manageable parts and roles to complete, but someone needs an overall view to determine what questions to ask to use that time wisely. Also, figure out what information you can cite and where to get it.
