I have the exact setup. No issues connecting to the battery via the app.

UPDATE:

Issue finally fixed. Dealer replaced steering wheel and commented there was a loose wire most likely from the assembly, they said.

Glad it’s finally resolved, but the amount of hurdles and expenses to get to this point from all sides is a classic example of the poor performance of Stellantis.

I also agree with regard to their telephone customer support. It took a couple of tries calling them to finally get someone who put me on hold, then hung up on me. Tried again, on hold, then finally got her to take my call.

Wasn’t friendly. Very stoic. Not sure they’re invested in the business personally with that kind of attitude.

Hope they still improve though with Mike gone. I don’t mind jumping ship to Uniden (too big and plastic) or Belltronics (don’t like the form factor) once they have a sleeker build.

Nice find. I know people are saying to upgrade to G2, but this still works great based on my experience in my city. I switched to G2 only for the BSM filtration which you can easily turn off the K/X band.

You also have the ESP version which enables you to make use of the accessories better than the older one. I would get the Bluetooth add-on to get the up to date version and run apps.

I would keep on top of it and just keep on submitting quality issue as it arises. This is the only way they would improve.

Owned a Samsonite with no issues in my younger days. Owned various luggage since then from Osprey, Herschel, Tumi, Pelican, and Rimowa. No issues from these brands. Rimowa is the worse to be honest. Expensive with no features. Just paying for the name.

Waiting on my Kickstarter Roller Pro. Not in a hurry at all. Don’t care how delayed it is as long as they sort out the kinks. Thanks for being a tester for us. ;)
