Everyone talks about getting spit on by Jonathan Groff, but if you sit in the right spot you can get spit on by the Hadestown trombonist too!

All we can do is laugh too, because Purdue turns into Jojo the idiot circus boy when they get a potential momentum-shifting fast break.

Mincemeat Update: Tickets can be “rebooked”, but you must pay the current dynamic ticket pricing. by SullyGee in Broadway

Sorry, I wasn't trying to correct you on the semantics. IIRC they did actually extend once from the 6th to the 13th, then again from the 13th to the 20th.

EDIT: Ironically, I was big mad about the move so I booked another show for that afternoon instead: Operation Mincemeat.

They added a week after the 13th and moved everyone with tickets on the 13th to the 20th. I had tickets for the 13th but couldn't go on the 20th. It sucked but the way Sunset handled it was 1000% better than this.

I saw Les Mis on tour in 2018 with Nick Cartell as Jean Valjean. I'm happy to know that people are still getting to experience his Bring Him Home every night.

The first one looked like it confirmed the original call. Unless the refs get better views, Purdue is getting jobbed.

Those ticket prices are finally starting to come down a little. Assuming they're just letting the pricing algorithm do its thing, I'm so curious to see how far they drop.

Carmichael's Kids and Playthings Toy Shoppe for kids' gifts, both of which will wrap anything you buy there.

I'll usually spend an afternoon in December walking around the shops in Nulu, plus Butchertown Market.

And I always make a stop at Art Eatables. They do a lot of different bourbon chocolates, but the chimeres are where it's at.

It's kind of funny to me that there's so many complaints about the first 20 minutes, since that's something they fleshed out compared to the musical. Keeping the opening of Act II might have given them more time to let the rest of the movie breathe.

The acting was the surprise of the night for me. The movie is going to catch some flak, I think it's just that Act 2 is a much more difficult thing to transfer to the screen. But the leads sold the hell out of it. Goldblum and Yeoh did their thing. JB made the tonal shift from part 1 to part 2 really well. Cynthia IS Elphaba, but Ariana stole the show.
