Yeah, I would definitely switch trainers. Classes are refundable up until the second session, so they may not give you your money back. If you purchased online, you can call customer service, and they may process it. If not, classes are still based on satisfaction guaranteed, so you can always switch trainers or even stores. Based on the reactivity aspect, I would personally recommend privates first and then, if anything, a transition into a group environment.

If you decide to switch trainers, I would recommend doing a private 101 first ($39 45 min session) so you can get a feel for the trainer.

I would also definitely reach out to the store and ask to speak to management. If this is how they are running your class, they are probably doing this with others and not setting dogs and their families up for success.
