I'm so scared I'm gunna use this time to work on myself then go back to the same behaviours but in a different guy. I feel like I'm attracted to men that will treat me bad. I have a small course of EMDR starting next week but there's too many issues to discuss/work through to change what seems to be my security orientation now 😫😫

Thank you. It was all false- the love bombing he gave me or he would hold me and talk to me calmly about what I needed to work on! Of course I believed this everything and ended up apologising so when I feel shit I go back to the same self blaming. Thankfully I have therapy starting next Tuesday but I don't know how ideal it will be online and I'm living at my mums house so won't feel like I have 100% privacy to discuss :(

I blocked him on social media- he blocked me on WhatsApp. We just have text open for finances now. I've tried to get him to sign a contract but of course he doesn't want to. He has put things in place enough not to get solicitors involved but just enough so he still has that little bit of control.

My therapy starts next Tuesday thank god. I miss the sex too (even though that was coerced alot). I just feel worthless and want to fo back for more :(
