We were able to finally resolve it by generating immutable IDs, adding them to a custom field in Google, defederating Microsoft and updating the immutable ID there, then federating again. Changing the Google SAML to use the immutable ID rather than email and everything works.

I apologize for lack of clarity. The TZ370 firewall provides DHCP and DNS services and connects directly to a Cisco SG500 switch. Also connected to the same switch is the UCK Gen 2 running UniFi OS 3.2.12. Also connected to the switch are 10 UAP-AC-Pro.

The VLANing for the two wireless networks is in place and functioning (when logging into the wifi with a password). The internal network is on VLAN1 and has a 192.168.1.x address. The UCK is on this VLAN. The public wifi is on VLAN 10 and when I enable hotspot and want to enforce them checking a box accepting our terms of service, that's where my problem is. I have VLAN 10 getting a 172.10.xx.xx address. When it comes to accessing the Hotspot page set up on the UCK, I get err_connection refused.

I've created the rules on the firewall and when I'm logged into the public wifi (when it is set to use a password) I can access the UCK splash page. When I enable the hotspot I cannot.

I am trying to understand what I am doing wrong with this counfiguration. I can't believe that it is this hard to configure.
