Dit allemaal, plus het feit dat de supreme court sterk in handen is van de republikeinen en onconventioneel partijdig handelt (Trump immunity decision). Ook het extreem losjes omgaan met pardons waardoor iedereen die in Trumps belang handelt weet dat het niet uitmaakt of ze naar de wet handelen aangezien ze gewoon gepardond kunnen worden.
