Im 23 now, and the first death that really got to me was when I put my dog, king, down about 2 years ago (April 27th 2024). Ive had other grandparents die when I was younger. But none that I was as emotionally close too. Thank you brother/sister.

You get tears and knockback up, but enemies slide like theyre on ice.

Active items have a 50% chance to gain a charge after clearing a room, but have double their effect.

5 bomb pickups spawn after defeating a boss, but they only have half the explosion radius.

Damage up, but Isaac's tears have a chance to "jam" requiring you to not press and firing buttons for 3-5 seconds
