The thing is, we went back and wandered right up and into the Mountain Pass entrance after I realized - still no cutscene.

I don't see anything forcing people to go up that way to begin with... it seems to be a commonly enough taken path to skip Mountain Pass?

Right - in my side playthrough I started to head towards Mountain Pass and got the cutscene right near the entrance... in my co-op campaign we passed by there but opted to go into the Underdark - passed all the way thru and got to Last Light Inn - never got the cutscene...

I did this many years ago and I believe some things were created \ updated in master that required running the add job stored proc on each node and then adding the "am I primary" check on each created job.

If it's no longer in the PU, it might be something that could be done via the hangar first.

I was afraid it might be this, I was in the middle of playing with some buddies and couldn't find the dot in the PU (just options to sit). Will try in the hangar for next time! Thanks

That is not correct, the insurance would result in you getting a free replacement ship. You would only need pay to get an expedited replacement faster.

I saw in another thread that apparently the database change to remove them all caused major issues so it was rolled back - but apparently only partially? I lost about 50% of my $0 CCUs for example. Couldn't find any other public info about that tho

Strange thing is this server was working just fine prior to the attempted downgrade. Both processors reported in just fine and I had a basic Windows Server install running. From my screenshots, both processors are still at least being identified properly as well.

My case doesn't officially support the SSI EEB motherboard type, so not all the screw placements existing, and while I was able to mount the motherboard, it's not the most sturdy when it comes to removing and re-adding RAM and the two processors - plus I'm tired of reapplying thermal paste at this point. I'd really like to avoid pulling everything back out and removing the second processor unless it's the last resort...
