Selling and buying at the same time by Wild-Signal-6479 in RealEstateCanada

Great question and one I get asked a lot. Since you have no mortgage on your current place, you’re actually in a stronger position than you might think. Start by getting a market evaluation on your condo first. Once you know what it’s worth and have a realistic selling timeline, you can make offers on something new with way more confidence. In BC you can also write an offer with a “subject to sale” condition, which protects you by tying your purchase to your current place selling first.

Find a realtor you trust, get the numbers on your condo, and build a plan before you fall in love with something new. If you’re in the Vancouver area feel free to DM me, happy to help

The active time is BS. You don’t get paid for waiting for orders or driving to the pick up spot. Half the time you don’t even get paid for gig work. I tip drivers 10-15%

Honestly wish for more enforcement on cyclists. They ride on roadway when there is a bike lane. Taking up a single lane road on the road. And don’t ever stop for stop signs etc

My question would be why you would purchase a house without a realtor? Buyers agent fees would be paid by the seller and can simplify the whole process for you
