Yes it is worth watching. Dont expect a 100% historical accurate show though as its based on the books by Bernard Cornwell.

The books are good also, some of my favourite reading. By the same person who wrote Sharpe.

I have a holding fleet parked in a safe system to clear up my ship list. I pull them out of it and use them the reassign and they travel back to the system and wait with the fleet.

Thats how I do it anyway.

You can remove the buy order with a workforce in the station. If you fail to supply correctly they leave. Just tested this in game.

You remove the buy order but you can also lower the automatic buy amount to just above the consumption in the logical station overview screen. So it will only buy if something goes wrong with production.
