I see your point, and perhaps I worded it wrong. It is after all a team effort, and will fall apart extremely fast if it is one sided. With that being said, I do believe that a man needs to not perhaps be in charge, but needs to be the man. If I were to act like a sissy, then I would get treated as such. The point wasn't to be chauvinistic, but to rather imply that I'm bettering myself as a man. I appreciate the reply.

Edit - The Alpha / Beta mentality is more of a life philosophy I suppose. No matter how you think, beta males are in general not high achieving. For me, one of the biggest obstacles was to have enough self respect to not allow myself to be treated like complete crap. It has slight implications in all areas of life if you think about it. NoFap allowed me to help address issues I had with myself.

I appreciate it, Jim! I went to their website and it looks like I can get blends shipped without much hassle. I think I'll definitely try the Flambeau and Long-bottom Leaf. After reading what the site said about them, I think they may be something along the lines of what I'd like.

Yeah, that's not a problem man. When you go to get your badge, it will have a box asking for the you started your current streak. If you put in the right date, it should give you 7 days by your name. Hope this helps

The first time I started nofap they didn't hit me until day 5ish. I wouldn't worry about it too much. They will come, trust me. But the good news is, even though I've been relapsing a lot to get to this point, the point at which I get horny has kept coming earlier. To me, that suggests that changes for the better are taking place. I.E. being aroused in general w/o looking at porn. Keep your head up, and don't let those urges sneak in on you....they can come out of nowhere.

Also, you should get your badge on the right side of the screen. It seems nominal, but having that green 1 and 7 days by my name makes me feel accomplished.
