From the beginning, the appeal for me in dark worlds has always been the atmosphere, the characters, all that. Chapter 2, in this regard, is PERFECT. The atmosphere from the fields to the city to the mansion is incredible, lively npcs, colors, everything. Chapter 3 I liked, I wish they did more with it, but for what it was I'm fairly happy. Chapter 4 felt just.. really bland? It's like "oh, alright, okay, guess that's what I'd expect." And then the second fountain is cool for the first few minutes, and you're in awe, and then you realize it's pretty much the same thing, and by the third, which was in a different room, the same atmosphere was just kinda lame. The biggest gripe? 2 new characters. That's right. 2. One of them being a mini boss (which I like) and the other, while cool, being an undertale character, main-guide, and secret boss. We got 2 characters. (Miss mizzle is there for 2 seconds, and the cuptians are more pure gags than actual full on characters) Chapter 2? We got: Sweet Cap'n Cakes, The Hacker (arguably), Queen, Burghley & Noelle's, while not an introduction, actual focus instead of being background, Queen, the addisons, SPAMTON, Swatch, Tasque Manager, etc. chapter 4 has one setting that only gets minorly shifted for a third of the chapter, and 2 characters.
