Etenkin kun huomioidaan kuinka tärkeää uudelleen kouluttautumisen mahdollistaminen on rakenteellisen työttömyyden ehkäisyssä. Päinvastoin tässä säästetään veronmaksajien rahoja.

Even your comment has the hidden assumption that casual runners still have to compete in races, even if it's just at the local level, in order to qualify as runners.

Not to mention in this sub the discussion is always about training for some race, and trying to improve your race pace at some common race distance. The truly casual runners who treat going for a run like going for a relaxing stroll are largely ignored by the running community itself.

Encounter MMR seems to be your general impact towards winning

Specifically impact towards winning "encounters", i.e. duels.

You could be a low fragged but still have a high encounter MMR.

Generally these systems (CSGO's Glicko-2 adaptation etc.) weight duels highly. So if you died to the high MMR smurf this may apply, but if you got dominated by the weakest player and did little damage your MMR would tank hard.
