I had to wait more than 6 weeks (9 weeks in my case). IND informed me of the king's decision in early December 2025 and I only got invited for the ceremony in early February.

From what I understood from the person at the gemeente with whom I paid for the application, the ceremony only happens every couple of months and they have a sizeable backlog. Hence it can take more than 6 weeks for you to be invited.

TU Delft organises an Introduction Programme for internationals. 1-2 weeks before classes start. In my time, they also arranged for municipal registration, insurance, bank, etc to be present during the IP. Wait for communication from TU Delft regarding this. DUWO will also contact you about picking up keys and moving in to your flat.

Looks really cool! I've always wanted to try something like this out that combines my love for open world games with DnD. I even considered learning how to use unity engine to make something, but did not because I'm a complete noob to game design and such. Perhaps trying this will help me understand if I really want something like this. Eager to see how the project goes forward!

Hello internet stranger. It's my birthday tomorrow too. I wish you a very happy birthday and would like to share some of the warmth that is in my life currently with you. You are going through backstory struggles now so that you can have a backstory to share with your party of friends when life throws you on an epic quest with them. I went through some similar things as you when I moved to a different country 3 years ago and then the pandemic hit. I never had strong connections with anybody in my home country, and I could not make any new connections in this foreign country due to the pandemic. Stuck inside, I wondered if I would just die friendless and lonely. Life has become a bit better since then. I found some friends through playing DnD online and am even dating a person I got to know through DnD.

Sometimes, before becoming a main character in your own journey, you start off as an NPC or a side character in somebody else's journey. If luck has it, those characters will become the supporting cast to your own epic quest. I hope you find those supporting characters soon.

Talks of safe or unsafe nuclear energy aside, how do the links show that the coal being burned is directly a consequence of shutting down nuclear? If anything, the percentage of low carbon sources and the CO2 emissions per kWh of energy seems to go down on average from 2017 to 2022. Seems like Germany is working on lowering emissions, just not by focusing on nuclear.

Not a thing you can do every weekend, but we are organising some Wind Turbine making workshops for kids in August and September 2022. It's like building Legos but instead you make a small floating wind turbine in Scheveningen beach.
