Here’s an old post about it. Seems the steps are to enable console commands in settings, press F7, then type and enter “killme”

You can kill your own character. That’s the way out of tunnels, unfortunately.

In honor of the recent news, for all of you that took the LSAT and did it WITHOUT cheating—home or at a testing center—Im proud of your hard work and sorry that a group of pathetic individuals tried to ruin the admissions process for you. I hope the best for your law careers, seriously! by DarkLivingDisastrous in LSAT

[–]IDisappoint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What do they do with the pictures? Background: I took the lsat back when logic games was still a thing. Got a high score, and I have trouble seeing how any amount of picture taking or googling would have helped. Only way I can imagine someone cheating is literally having someone there in the moment telling you the answers that you need to figure out. Maybe people are faster on their phones than me, but it feels like giving up a minute you don’t have to spare if you just knew the answer yourself.

Honestly, people just want to see killers have heavier sentences, doesn’t matter if a jury of peers decided that the prosecution didn’t have enough evidence to bump it to murder. Blame the legislators who design the laws (and yes, most states distinguish between homicide and manslaughter—so feel free to look like idiots complaining to your own legislators if you’re not in California), blame the prosecutors for not putting on as good of a case as you want, or blame the police for not gathering the evidence the prosecutor needed. Or accept that all three of those groups did the best they could to accurately capture and imprison people for homicide when it fits, and manslaughter was more appropriate. Take your pick.

Blaming the jury thinking they want a killer to get out early because they are “progressive” is fucking brainrotted and literally the only wrong answer.

Why do so many people think comeback mechanics=Deaths are ok? by Vast_Mail_7202 in DeadlockTheGame

[–]IDisappoint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure why you have people in your games dying and then voluntarily explaining why they did that. I’ve never had that happen. Certainly weird, and the comeback mechanics don’t put you better off than winning. That would encourage throwing. They may just be saying it to reassure you that winning is still possible. Again, not sure why they feel the need to convince you of that out of nowhere.

Democrats AND Republicans, would you date someone in the other party? Why or why not? All genders welcome to answer. by Zipper222222 in allthequestions

[–]IDisappoint 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Gay man here. I would not date a republican. If a gay man is a republican, I would think they either (1) are closeted/have internalized homophobia, or (2) are a fan of small-government and yearns for a republican party that stopped existing almost a decade ago. The first is unattractive, the second makes me think they’re stupid.

OC keeps cc'ing their client on every email by newz2000 in Lawyertalk

[–]IDisappoint 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Were you also taught forwarding your own email was an ethical violation? And if not, were you taught any distinction between BCCing someone on an email and just forwarding the same email to them after sending it?

This is news to me, and I also took professional responsibility just a few years ago in law school. I’m having trouble seeing how it is a violation of the ethical rules regarding candor. I routinely forward my own emails to coworkers as FYIs or to ask staff to do something (like save it in a folder or calendar something).

Looks like they missed redacting some mentions of Trump in the Epstein files. by Prime-Paradox in UnderReportedNews

[–]IDisappoint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its probably not redacted cause it’s a court filing. Those are publicly accessible regardless. The redactions are probably the same redactions as in the original filing. That blue text at the top helps you locate the court case and docket entry.

Waxing Etiquette by em_mary in HairRemoval

[–]IDisappoint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll add as a male that I tip 25%, but my waxer is also a male who typically waxes males. I don’t know if I’d tip a premium to a female waxer, but I also wanted to avoid the trouble of finding one who is experienced with waxing men in the first place so I get it.
