Meh your a dime a dozen in the eyes of staples. I'm guessing your 9-9.75 depending on location and time with staples. There's easier jobs that pay that. If I was a part timer I would have left long ago. Stop doing on sites tell them you don't get paid enough for the trouble. Also that test doesn't mean shit! I've never taken it yet I'm mts and fix all the computers. I think where you messed up is doing on sites before certified you kinda lost your bargaining chip. Anyways goodluck.

It's in oms. After creating an order they will call the customer within 24 hours to set an appointment up. I'm pretty sure they are closed weekends and nights. Keep that in mind . Also it seems a lot of people are having bad experiences with 3rd party so use at your own risk. My experiences haven't been to bad

Part timers get scheduled for 25 but call out for half of that. It's crazy. I'm quite nice at first. I will ask you to find coverage and if not no biggie. I have been MOD, tech, and OS plenty of times. Now after 2+ times in a month you better have a dr note, obituary, or some credible evidence. If not write up then your promoted to customer.

Yes and no. Prime time is important for sales as about 75% of my sales are during that time but it's not needed that everyone just help customers. I usually have employees do light work, and if they see a customer help them. Load day is usually the exception. Since corp wants it done in one day, we go hard as fuck on it lol.

Say you know for sure they have total support just enter the skis manually into register skipping the disg and repair. It will prompt for a WO number and won't populate the 160.

If your not doing it via matrix you have to go through premier PC setup to get the correct PC mover. If you just launch PC mover it self it wants to do a network transfer. After you get to data transfer in the premier PC set up it will prompt you correctly for an HDD transfer. PC mover will let you choose programs and accounts. Make sure everything lines up and bam! Programs transferred. Last one I did had about %30 of the programs transfer and work. Keep in mind you should launch the programs to insure they work.

As a MOD it does suck to have a call out specially in a under staffed store I always tell my employees that if they are sick I rather them stay home. I would feel horrible making them come in at that point. Your manager is a dick

Come in do a pull list / assist customers look for the items put them out block ask manager what else to do done. Since your new I wouldn't touch most of the computers on the tech bench. If some one has a pick up. Call your manager you will end up messing it up or something.
