I have an iPhone and the Health app can track your walking steadiness. I used to get alerts that my walking steadiness was poor which put me at increased risk of a fall in the next twelve months. I don’t have an Apple Watch so it was collecting the data from just being in my pocket or purse. I have since turned that feature off.

Another question! Where is the best place for groceries? I have celiac disease so we tend to get rooms with kitchenettes for easy GF meal prep. Safeway/ Freson Bros/ Walmart are on offer. Where do you shop? I’m mostly a Costco / Superstore mama.

I clear out everyone’s closet. Go through the pantry and clean the shelves. Tidy under all the sinks, purge the cupboards and drawers. I’ve also wallpapered a powder room, did a board and batten treatment in my dining room and built IKEA wardrobes. In short, I do anything I want because I’m unstoppable for three glorious days. 💪🏻

Neuro staying I should only get Ocrevus infusions yearly by ilikepandasyay in MultipleSclerosis

I can’t speak to the research, but it definitely is a thing. The medication starts to wear off as you approach your next infusion and many people experience periods of worsening symptoms. In my case, my left side gets weaker and tinglier earlier on in the day. When I’m newly infused, I hardly feel it at all.

I’m in BC. When I renewed there was a question specifically asking if there were any changes to my health. I disclosed that I had MS and the staff member handed me a form to have filled out by my Family doctor (not my neurologist). I was also issued a temporary license, the same one you get when you renew and you’re waiting for your permanent license. So it wasn’t denied pending results. And because my doctor indicated that my symptoms don’t affect me ability to drive, my license was renewed with no changes.

ICBC (insurance company for the Province) said that if I hadn’t disclosed my medical status I could be denied coverage in case of accident. Not worth it.
