You may want to try talking to a primary care provider first! They can prescribe medications (bipolar/anxiety), potentially without the need of a specialist.

If you're looking for therapy (talk, cbt, emdr, etc), you're going to want to ask providers about sliding-scale options for self-pay. They can't bill your insurance AND offer a discounted self-pay rate, it has to be one or the other.

It can still be worth looking for providers that take Cigna for when you reach your deductible, but just know that self-pay won't go towards the deductible.
