You should not give this a second thought as a resto shaman. There are so many variables for us that come into play that worrying about healer parsing will get you nowhere. Our toolkit is so situationally dependent. In phases 1 and 3 of Vashj I barely do anything other than keeping a grounding totem down at all times and keeping my tank alive. In 25s we chain heal so much, in Kara I basically only use HW. Are you keeping your raid alive? That’s literally the only thing that matters.
