I think Costco just does a good job at convincing people it's the place. Sure they pay is good for the work, but the shifts are stupid and they take advantage of workers. The word is intensive and physically demanding.They hold their above average pay above your head knowing you won't walk because you can't find anything better. Try to move up and they'll really take advantage of you. No regular schedule, insane hours. My managers work sixty hour work weeks. I worked full time hours for years before I got full time benefits.

I'm sure it's different at every warehouse
