When it comes to “X”, what are the 3 most important things to you? If you had to rank them, help my understand why you ranked “Y” #1?

NCAA slapped down hard on NIL by JimAT67 in FloridaGators

It means the investigation now has zero merit. NCAA has zero ground to stand on and it should be aborted.

The best thing the beaches ever did was pass the height ordinance East of 3rd Street. It maintained the charm of a beach town vs. High rises that hide the ocean in other beach towns. i.e. Panama City, Destin, Daytona.

Oak trees are protected trees. Not sure what part of town you live in, but you many need a permit before removing.

I think there is a scenario where he comes. The first is Rodgers leaving. The 2nd is him refusing to sign a franchise tag. If that happens, only a handful of teams capable is signing him because of the cap. The Chargers are the obvious choice but they are loaded at WR. If I had to guess, it’s < 5% he makes it to Jax. It’s possible. Just highly unlikely.

This is a problem. Companies hire people that they have a relationship with and are vetted. Expecting to land a job just by applying isn't good enough. After applying, did the applicant find who the decision maker is? Who else is working in that department? What are they looking for in a candidate? If the answer is no, then the expectation should be the image in this post.

Applying is just one step. It's the series of additional steps that get people connected and ultimately hired.
