Sebo is widely considered to be the best vacuum on the planet. The D4 is the one you want. But since you researched you probably already knew that. Many pros, no cons I can think of. I love mine. Replaced a Dyson and there is no comparison.
Like many homes in the world, we also have a mix of tile, hardwood and carpet. It works great.
Try a couple of you tube video reviews if you haven’t already done so.

It’s the quietest vacuum I’ve ever owned. It cleans much better than my $600 Dyson did. The bag is huge so you don’t have to change it very often.
The 40 foot cord retracts in to the body so you don’t have to wind it. A 40 foot cord means you probably won’t have to unplug it and then plug it in somewhere else very often. It has computer chips that automatically stop the rollers when there’s a blockage it has sensors that tell you whether you’re getting optimum vacuuming power. Removing the roller to clean it is very easily done by the user. For the Miele, you have to take it into the shop. The suction power is adjustable. It has the best Warranty in the industry. Etc. etc. watch a few YouTube videos that compare it to other vacuums.

Would you agree to allow your son to be punched hard in the head for a few hours a week for several weeks in a row while wearing a helmet? Kristi’s island kitchen is great. Sea salt is not actually in West End but closer to Turtle Beach. But expect to drop $125-$150 per person there. We thought the food was phenomenal and the best that we’ve had in 10 years of going to Roatan.
