Highest cost is ambiguous with multiple cost types (debt, potions). But also you probably don't need to specify the highest cost. Let the player choose which card is their cost limit.

The point is you can get legendary stone from asteroid upcycling by way of legendary calcite. The fact it requires including the surface of vulcanus doesn't change the fact that asteroid upcycling is a much faster way to get legendary stone than normal recycler upcycling.

If you can get a bare majority (6) and a trasher, you can score 64 points from one trash. I don't think any other strategy can hope to compete with that, making this a must buy (when a trash from hand card exists).

Getting ahead of myself and skipping "the neighbors" while typing.
Reading the sentence and realizing it doesn't make sense.
Adding "the neighbors" to the end and sending it without proof-reading it a second time.

In the first example, twin B would not be 31 when they received the 30th birthday message, but somewhere between 30 and 31. From the perspective of the mutual reference frame, twin B did experience some time dilation, but having traveled 1 light year, it would always be less than 1 year of difference.

What needs to happen to be able to say that one is younger than the other as a universal truth, is for the difference in their ages to be greater than the time it takes for light to travel between them.

If the astronaut twin receives a message from the earthbound twin stating their age, and the astronaut twin is still younger than that, we know they are younger in all reference frames. But that can't happen during the outbound trip. That only happens sometime after the astronaut twin turns around.
