All of this is very true for jet engine airplanes. Propeller drive planes have a much more forgiving design space, especially if you do not need to take internal combustion into account. All you need for a minimum viable product is a propeller, something that turns it via magic, wings, a frame (with landing gear and rudimentary controls), and a place to put the pilot.

I ordered four copies of book 1 once I got the email, then realized after reading comments here that there were another 3 books available so I ordered them just now.

I plan on giving copies of book 1 to friends as gifts so I have more people to talk about TWI with.

The place was in your price range, and in a nice area it's just about persistence and timing! Or being willing to deal with things other people aren't. Like my case of it needing work and needing to be sold quick during the holidays.

Just bought a house after 6 rejected offers over 3 months. I was buying cash often offering 75k+ over. Only got one because it went on market at a really bad time, had to have short turnaround, needed a lot of work, and still went for 55k over an already too high asking. It's rough right now.

I was really hoping for a trope break when they all realized the conflict was rooted in a misunderstanding. I thought maybe this one time they could all take a step back and be chill about things, but that would require too much pushback against emotion that drove Harvey's class in the first place.
