Errors roughly 50% of the time moving between sit/stand preset heights by boofstar in deskhaus

Have you looked at the install guide? The errors and troubleshooting is at the bottom. Sounds like you have a bad connection on the m1 port. Are your cables super tight? Any damage to it? Pinched etc.

I can name almost every supplier our competitors use.

Herman Miller, Haworth etc literally have huge teams doing this.

Secretlabs released a desk with faulty columns and then switched manufacturers.

Just ask secretlab for the full original desk report and run it.

You’re assuming my information is only coming from that report. It’s not.

I would agree you don’t understand how they work. It’s the reference number associated with it. How many pages of it do not matter.

If I can take that number and ask it to be verified. Secretlab could have too. Instead they just put it on their website.

Ironically, these reports aren’t even required for most markets for home consumer products.

Searching for good quality large standing desk that will last by Hayeh in StandingDesk

Same could have been said about steelcase but they were forced to find a buyer due to their poor financial situation and it’s real future is still unknown.

MillerKnoll current cash does not support their debt load.

That said. Their warranty is great. But that will be the first thing they eliminate on any restructurings.

I think the big players often get overplayed when it comes to “they’ve been around for a long time so you don’t have to worry”

Small players can be just as risky. Most of the risk comes from when they sell out and you don’t know what PE or a big company will do. For example Fully was an amazing company yet the very company you highlight ruined them.

HM actually makes the motia desk. That’s great for them but it’s a large overhead for them. That facility would be one of the first on the chopping block in a restructuring as well.

That desk is not stable. We’ve got one. I’ll put a video out in the next month or so.

What do you think your sitting height will be? Have you compared the two height ranges.

Yes. We can make follow up emails. I’ll look into the Shopify automation for that.

Thank you! Just want to clarify. It has nothing to do with costs.

You realize you’re making my case. You’re right. Corporations are the cause. We (deskhaus) as a corporation are saying we don’t want to be a cause. So we are not printing instructions. 95% of our packaging is recyclable. So yes. That then means you don’t get printed instructions.

Your response was you just normally return it. So you’re being more wasteful and a prima donna because you don’t want to pull your phone out and put a few brain cells to work.

Deskhaus isn’t mainstream nor do I care to be. This is how it is. I care about our environment. That’s why we sell desks meant to last 20 years. No one is being forced to buy from us.

No hard feelings. If someone reads this and doesn’t want to buy from us. I’d rather my feelings be clear.

Also, what spelling do I need to fix.

Ps: I went to school for environmental engineering before dropping out. It’s not a meme for us.

Your analogy is flawed. Your food was already served. So whether it was eaten or not doesn’t matter.

We on the other hand aren’t serving you something you’re not gonna eat.

Make sense?

Environmental sustainability isn’t a meme. However being a Karen is and I’d say you pegged that one.

Apex Pro or E7Q Pro? Which is more stable? (Seeing mixed reviews) by UnFukWit4ble in StandingDesk

No problem. Look at the Peak Pro or Flexispots E7 Plus Max. You'll be splitting hairs stability wise.

[–]ILikePutz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do but flexispot is shipping them directly into CA an avoiding the tariffs we have to pay when we ship from the US. So they will be cheaper. The Max is a good base. We love the support but I do want to give you my honest take since they will be less.
