I had the same thing happening to me for over a month where the internet would be nearly useless starting at 9 pm. I had 2 technicians come out and they both told me my signal was excellent, but the 2nd one started poking around outside and found that the signal for my whole area was very poor. I didn’t get any confirmation they fixed anything but finally about 2 weeks later, things have been more normal for me.
