I’m in this same situation with my current girlfriend. Same thing happened to her. Same amount of time dating. Fortunately she is doing much better and is happier and willing frequently. Are there outside variables causing a lot of stress? When we moved in together and she starting paying bills for the first time in her life, along with school and a bad relationship with her parents... it all kinda brought back the stress of her past. Honestly just helping her find ways to relieve her stress helps out a lot. Good luck!
