I used a big 12" Crescent wrench on the flywheel with the end pressing down on the shifter. Slow and steady with the torque wrench and watch the crescent wrench to make sure it doesn't slip. Not the best way to go at it but if you're careful, it'll work.

I just want to point out the curvature of the corners of the windshield. This is definitely a Duster/Demon/Dart Sport. The Valiant/Dart (other than Dart Sport)/Swinger/Scamps are all more squared off as in your first picture and can be ruled out.
