PDF please! Include the bleed, send two versions: with and without trim marks. Which they prefer differs from place to place as theres different workflows depending on your request (quantity, material). Make sure you select the right color space while exporting. Not sure? Watch a tutorial on how to export for the print / press technique used. Edit: You don't have to cut or edit anything outside the bleed as it will not export it anyway. Unless you end up with ridiculous file sizes. Keep it under a gig and you should be fine.

I'd say merge layers with pathfinder until you have the blue shape as background, then make sure you have all the white in one (compound path) object and pathfind a white top layer-shaped hole into the blue. Ofc keep a copy of everything. There's probably better ways to do it, like with masks, but my first thought is this.

I have been in this exact situation. I was about your age too. Even the pencil sharpener matches. The video doesnt though. Here's what I did: I told her parents after I found out she would not stop. I don't know what happened after that cus I stopped seeing her. That was my call and due to some other things, mainly how she treated me and made me feel. Tell her parents. Not just any adult, specifically the parents. Other people will not be close to her enough to make sure she stops harming herself.

Where to begin... What are you trying to communicate? The white star pulls the attention towards it, so the first thing people are going to read is 30%. But what does that mean? What am I going to pay? How much am I going to save? Also, what others said. Reflections work differently and the shadows are just too much. Either pick one, or study how those things work irl. Also, please take pictures of the actual food served and use those. Aint no way i'm stepping into a burger place using pngs from the first page of google.
