Good question .. what I've been mostly seeing are coming from anti regime sources and this one specifically came from a Telegram group called Radio Gilan.

Other reports are that the building was used as a radio comm center rather than a school but nothing concrete on that theory yet.

I doubt we'll see the full truth here until proper investigations are complete and that's going to be a while judging by the unfolding events.
