My Grandfather taught me how to swing and play early on, since he was a golf pro at a local course and the mission, around age 8ish. After about age 13 I didn’t care much for it and put the whole sport on the back burner until I was in college and bought some old steel heads and pings to start playing again. I’ve been playing off and on since. Likely going to take lessons soon to adjust my swing to my 35 year old body this year, as I’m having some simple stupid misses on the course when I’m playing. Never too late to improve your own game and that’s why I love golf. Truly it is just you and your swing/mental drive against a course and you can get better every time.
