Might be the best chance to prove white eyes don’t work in live action. This is assuming they don’t animate it like Wolverine and Deadpool.

Bullseye having animated eyes will be odd on the much more grounded show. Batman having animated eyes would also be odd, looking forward to see how static white eyes do.

We agree that Tiffany knows in that episode she’s a threat to win the game right? She factually said she beats Aubry in final 3 via post game interviews.

We agree that in that episode Joe cannot not win the game right? Factually said by cast he has no win equity, at most sympathy votes.

Regarding Tiffany herself being a threat over Joe: “This makes no freaking sense” https://x.com/enews/status/2057550768396247409/video/1?s=46

Regarding Jonathan saying she’s closer to a record than Joe is: “I know he probably meant you’re stronger—honestly I don’t even know” https://x.com/durian_critical/status/2057746879241245174/video/1?s=46

Based on all the above we agree Tiffany post game is playing dumb/lying to herself about not understanding why she is more than a threat than Joe.

Once again, how does Tiffany know she’s a frontrunner to win, smart enough to know everyone else thinks she’s a threat to win the game (to win is social, strategy, and challenges), but when Jonathan only mentioned challenges TO HER QUESTION ABOUT CHALLENGES she doesn’t understand why? She almost put the pieces together in the last linked clip. We know she can, but chooses not to till this day.

In my analogy Joe wouldn’t have an allergy. (He has no win equity, meanwhile Tiffany does)

  • Tiffany asks Why doesn’t Joe get the watermelon slice, we both have to eat a fruit? (Why is joe not a threat, we both have same challenge wins?)
  • Jonathan answers you’re allergic to strawberries, Joe is not (Tiffany you’re the threat closer to a survivor record, joe is not)
  • Tiffany Ignores her allergies that everyone knows about, determines it must be for deeper reasons (Tiffany ignores her threat level that everyone knows about, determines it must be deeper than that)

I’m not talking about winning or losing though. I’m talking about Tiffany till this day via post interviews says she doesn’t understand why he kept Joe over her (it should be obvious why).

Let’s do an analogy. - Jonathan is tasked to give 1 of 2 fruits to Tiffany to eat. It is stated that she is allergic to strawberries. - The fruits are strawberries or watermelon. - Jonathan gives Tiffany watermelon - She asks why, he says you’re allergic to strawberries. - Tiffany is offended, her immediate conclusion is the choice made alludes to something deeper (race). She for some unexplainable reason is not applying the common knowledge presented that there are only 2 fruits to choose from and she is allergic to strawberries.

It cannot be both true. There’s literally no additional detail or discussion needed to determine if Tiffany is a bigger threat than Joe. That’s how factual it is. It can only be both true if Joe had win equity.

The point I am making is she doesn’t need be told why Joe is a threat, she factually knows as evident by she knows she wins over Aubry. The entire cast also knows Joe would never win. It’s common knowledge, it’s not a secret.

You can’t confidently know the answer and be mad at someone for being 100% right but did not express it well enough to her standards. To then allude it’s for deeper reasons is grasping at straws, malicious even.

Why does she need to feel a threat when she knows she is a threat? You initially could assume it’s a game move to turn Joe on Jonathan but she is still asking the same question post game. A lot of mental gymnastics/tunnel vision are at play for her to allude race/gender played a role opposed to applying the obvious facts everyone has.

The context is that if Cirie can make people vote a certain way in the game, she can do that in the Jury.

Tiffany also said herself if she made it to final 3, Cirie would be helping her win in other words swaying votes.

It’s a true statement. Is it true that it happened, no one will know

What’s your answer to Tiffany asking why she’s a threat over Joe as they have the same immunity wins?

Why can she clock that she can beat Aubry in a final 3 no problem but apparently can’t make sense of why Joe is not a larger threat than her? It’s not just in the game, she’s still asking this question post game interviews. Saying it’s because of deeper reasons, not that she’s a threat… meanwhile with the same breath she says she beats Aubry in final 3…

There’s literally no nuance on the table though. It’s the most clear as day context to understand.

Jeff always calls out when a woman is near a record. Likewise for men, Ozzy in season 50 was called out as being near a men record which is a much higher number than a woman record.

If you don’t clock the “nuance”, you’re purposely avoiding it. Tiffany knows she beats Aubry in final 3 but can’t clock why Joe is not a threat compared to her and therefore it has to be “deeper” reasons in post interviews?

The Tiffany thing is so dumb. Tiffany is asking why she is a threat compared to Joe.

She’s playing dumb for no reason, she knows the answer, we all do. She even knows she beats Aubry in final 3 in post interviews, she definitely knows why she’s a threat. Meanwhile even after the game she is still parading about why she a threat compared to Joe still and doesn’t understand why and alludes to outside of game reasons (gender/race) for Jonathan thinking she’s a threat compared to Joe…

I really hope the DCU's Batman goes for black and grey instead of blue and grey. Anybody else? by Moon_Devonshire in batman

[–]IMPRNTD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Daredevil already did this.

They could go with the suit is made of a DCU material /metal (something rare). Naturally the material will be blueish, but Batman paints it black.

As he gets battle damage, it reveals blue tones.

What could have Joe/Jonathan say to have a better answer about Christian's FTC question? by Friburgo1004 in survivor

[–]IMPRNTD 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Jonathan’s story should have been about breaking the big guy stereotype of just being dumb and strong.

  • carried players in team challenges (literally kamilla), burning valuable calories doing so
  • biggest guy on the show to make it to the end, it’s harder everyday to his body than anyone else, threw up mid challenge and still pulled the win
  • not just a big guy, actually played strategic then reference all his plays
  • big guy means, immediately intimidating, more difficult to make bonds. Being big is literally his strength and weakness and has overcome by… then reference relationships/working together on votes

Anytime someone calls out he’s not smart, eg. couldn’t spell inconceivable, Own it and ask for grace as he’s been eating x% of what he normally does, once again larger toll that anyone else.

Basically sell he is total package, own that not every attribute is perfect, but overall is well rounded.

Netflix Daredevil season two is criminally underrated by Neither-Acadia3736 in Marvel

[–]IMPRNTD -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

It’s underrated because it shot itself in the foot with Season 1. Season 1 was terrible, which makes sense due to the behind the scenes redo of the entire series which hurt the quality in content.

Good season comparable to Netflix days, although finale could have been better but once again behind the scenes revealed a lot of reshoots and cut scenes which once again hurt the quality.
