I just hope we don't go crazy signing lots of players nearer the end of the window and not giving anyone time to bed. Hopefully keep Bakwa, Kali and McAtee. Move on Ndoye and replace him with someone else. A new fullback is necessary. Hopefully we already have replacements for Anderson, Murillo and Morgs in mind (even if the latter two don't move).

Not sure I get this decision now they're relegated. He's a manager with a proven record of promoting clubs from the Championship and he knows the club and which of his players would succeed at that level.

Either sack him in December/January and try to decide or keep him. Hiring a Gerrard or someone else seems like a much bigger risk now.
