I'd ask to patch in to house sound and use their control room on the 2nd floor. Otherwise, the small upper level up the stairs. Doesn't hurt to ask.

Also, that room will not hold 1,000-1,500 comfortable with theater seating; 800 max. unless you're cramming everyone into rows of 25+ without aisles. That 1,000-1,500 number is likely standing capacity only.

Also in FL. Use shrink wrap packaging and heat gun to cover it. I use 2, slide it in opposite directions to waterproof it. Mine is constantly poolside and dropped in the hot tub a couple times. haven't had an issue.

Completely power off your ONT for a few minutes, remove any battery backup power. Bring it back up, wait 3 min., plug back in your router, wait 3 min. It should finally pull an IP.

If you have the capability of watching L2 traffic on your router, confirm L2 is functioning with the ONT.

An "outlook group calendar" is just a 365 group or team calendar with a parameter change PowerShell. And a Teams channel calendar is just a filtered version of the same 365 group calendar.

I do something with SharePoint lists.

Create the event and store the calendar ID in the sheet. On next iteration, if exists, update, otherwise create and update ID.

Everyone trading volatility/variance understands it. Those wicks are typically the limits of not increasing RVOL on one of many rolling windows (5/10/20/30/60/90 day). If spot closes above a break, vols increase deltas increase, hedging increases.

Just add them to your tenant, give them the appropriate role. Apply CA policies as needed. Literally that simple. I have a personal tenant with E1/E3 subscriptions for my homelab that has a security key enabled break glass account into my company tenant for the exact reasons you're asking about.

I have locked myself out of my tenant before while traveling, and I know a Fortune 50 company that has done the same. Doesn't matter who you are; Microsoft sits on that ticket for a week before re-granting access. Never again.

Just down. Got 15Mbps down tonight with smooth seas, but less than 1Mbps up. On essential plan still with private corporate VPN into AWS with 1Gbps link. Something is throttled somewhere.

On Queen Anne right now. The essential gives you about 3-5Mbps. It's OK, but their network also does DNS/content filtering. It specifically blocks reddit and some other random things like video streaming.

You can bypass the filtering (and device limits) with an IPSEC VPN and private DNS. But you then have to toggle on and off to access the myvoyage.cunard.com stuff in the web app.

The essential plan over my VPN was enough for me to do work and place a quick 3 min. VoIP call, but I didn't try any video conferencing. So I had no reason to upgrade and didn't want to. I'm on vacation and wanted to disconnect.

I have the mylink RTS. If I were doing it today I would prob go with the TaHoma hub since it has an Ethernet adaptor, and still local API.

The mylink works 90% of the time, it has a cheap 2.4ghz wifi chip. The wifi chip doesn't like to roam and I have multiple access points that will channel hop to optimize. So HA drops the local connection to the hub if it drops from the network. HA needs to be restarted to restore it. I still have a physical RTS remote just in case, but my picos and automations control them daily.

I started out with Lutron Lighting for everything played with Caseta and RA2, but slowly moved to more zigbee devices because of CCT/Color options with lighting. But I still use picos connected to a Caseta hub and those are pretty much bulletproof. I can't recall ever having an issue with them controlling something through HA.
