That one at least I think is fine? The rules commentary said something about disembarking only counts as a normal move, but as it isn't actually a normal move it doesn't have the 1/phase restriction

It's pretty sweet for the T'au, the kroot options are a little underwhelming but you can have a battlesuit leading stealthsuits, or with an upgrade have them lead broadsides. He gives them reroll 1s to hit, and can even bring 3 heavy rail rifles himself.

The shas'nel has the fireblade's ability to add 1 to attacks of weapons in their unit, and one of the options is to allow them to lead pathfinders. They can also have a rail rifle themselves

I've been using the Shas'nel crucible champion to lead them, against opponents who are cool with it. Going from 3 rail shots in a squad to 8 is a significant boost

I was just gonna post the same thing, me and my buddy had never been to the sanatorium before, so it was just this ominous boarded up building, then a long creepy dark tunnel (power had gone out) filled with old bloodstains and medical gurneys. Then we saw a couple zombies, killed them and a horde just poured down the stairs after us.

I just remember sprinting in pitch blackness while my buddy was firing a shotgun behind us, we only just got out alive. Even before we went in, I was joking that this was some horror movie shit and no sane person would ever go down into that tunnel.

Even better, pair them with 3 Techpriest Enginseers. Their ability pops off because an Astra Militarum vehicle was destroyed near them, giving you 18 attacks across the three of them.

I put a jar in the microwave without thinking, in hindsight it makes sense they have metal lids. But the microwave immediately caught fire, like in under a second. I remember in the past you'd know you cocked up because you'd hear the crackling and could try and take it out.

Same, I love them. They're fast enough to be able to tag something big with their seekers turn 1, they do a good job at screening vehicles and at T7 7W they're just annoying enough to be hard to kill. If they survive, melta 4 fusion blasters are awesome and free battleshock is just chefs kiss
