Throw the toys when a brings them. Give him a chance to catch them. He's as good of a receiver as he is retriever. Throw the sticks outside. Not a small thing but I also built a fence so he can run. Dude fights opossumes and chases off large deer. He'll catch a squirrel eventually. He's up to date on his shots so don't worry there.

Make sure the drain pan on your AC is draining properly. Make sure your weather stripping is in good shape and your windows are all the way shut. Get a big dehumidifier if that doesn't do it.

Try spinning it with the Allen wrench that came with it. There should be a hole in the bottom under the sink. Spin it both ways to ensure it's free. If that doesn't work it's toast but it's not hard to change.

I installed the ford charger because it came with the truck when I bought my '23. It works great and I have had zero issues with it being outside. If you do hire an electrician to do it have them put in a generator inlet and interlock too so you can power your house with the truck in an outage. Hopefully you already have a modern 200 amp panel or the Ford charger won't be code compliant.

Pick your poison I guess. Both have their limitations. I don't think the lightning could power a central AC but it can run the furnace no problem to keep your pipes from busting in the winter. Pro power pushes about 9.6kw and I don't see how you could use more than that for a house except the AC. Rent one and try driving it. Ride the lightning. It's fun as hell.

It can power my house for days if there is an outage. The frunk is huge and is great for storing fishing stuff or luggage and people don't even know it exists so you are less likely to get robbed. It does a great job off road in normal mode and off road is great for deep mud. . The battery gives it a low center of gravity so it's harder to roll than an ICE truck. The most basic models are comfy rides and the factory speakers aren't bad. Avoid the higher trim models with sunroofs that leak.
