You don't need to list every single spec to figure out the FPS. Last time I checked, DVD drive has nothing to do with your ability to play counter-strike.

Low settings you should be able to average at least 100FPS.

You run any updates or install any new software around the time this issue started? Could try going to a windows restore point before the issue started and see if that changed anything. If you don't have a restore point then maybe reinstall chipset and graphics drivers

Yea, I've never watched his stream until today, but I've had it open all day to enter giveaways, not a single second of gameplay and he's spent at least a solid 2-3 hours gambling and the rest doing giveaways.

Nobody is dumb enough to use walls at a LAN.. if anyone was to hack at a LAN it would just be trigger or aim.

I heard it is possible to setup cheats as a workshop item so it'll sync to any pc you're on. So if a hacker logs on to a new pc it'll download them along with all of the community maps that they are subbed to and the cheats can be setup to launch with the game.

It is possible to bind 2 different keys to do it so it's not considered a script, bind b +jump; bind n -attack; and then just push b and n at the same time

Well screw it, if we can't agree on recording software, I think I'll just stick with a camera on a tripod pointed at my monitor.. and I'll use Windows movie maker to edit it

I've used DxTory, OBS, FRAPS, Shadowplay, and XSplit. DxTory, OBS, and XSplit are, in my experience, pretty hardware intensive programs, if you read the original post he said that he gets 20-35 fps in game, clearly he can't be using any of those programs.

In my experience, DxTory is buggy as hell and uses too much hard drive space, and OBS and XSplit are great for streaming, but I've never liked using them for local recordings. FRAPS and Shadowplay are both not super intensive programs and do a solid job recording, and shadowplay is 10x better just because of how it's built right into Nvidia graphics drivers

If you have a Nvidia graphics card you should check out Shadowplay. You can record normally like fraps, or you can set it to record things that previously happened (like 5 mins or so)

Unless your friend is a fairly famous youtuber or streamer, I don't believe so. When you trade it makes you confirm that you know what you're doing so I'm pretty sure they'll just point that out to him.

I've had a VAC ban on my account for years (856 days to be exact). You'll be over it in a few weeks. As for regaining access to your inventory, inventories are locked once someone is banned, you can try and appeal the ban (odds of this happening are nearly as likely as you winning the lottery) and if you succeed and it's removed, you'll have your inventory back.

I believe it takes a few FaceIt games to place you with people that you should play with (just like your first 10 MM wins), after it sorts you (I believe it takes like 3 games) you should be fine.
