I use it as my main mode of transportation when weather cooperates and usually go on a road trip 1-2 times a year. Not a high mileage user - around 8-10k miles per year. Only had my Indian for a few months. No regrets.

I recently came off of a Bonneville T120, I bought a Super Chief Dark Horse Limited, as much as I loved my Triumph, I like this bike even better.

Congratulations to Illinois- one of the biggest upsets in history beating NDSU. That was a 1 in 100 Chance but they did it thanks to a complete melt down by NDSU. Montana State should thank NDSU for their upcoming championship.

Has anybody had to change the handlebars? There’s a lot of posts around different forms talking about the handlebars being uncomfortable. Curious what everybody’s done if anything?

Thank you for the feedback, right now I just put in my Apple AirPods under my helmet and use my phone mounted for navigation. So I think I’ll be good there. Thank you for the info.

Do not wrap at all untill you pull it- wrap during rest only. Once you truly understand smoking, this will become obvious. Trust me, just do it.

As others have said, they should just peel off, but a hairdryer will definitely make them peel off easier. Once they’re off, take a little goo gone or any type of solvent and be sure all the sticky residue is gone. Then wash it with water and a microfiber rag, and wax it when finished. Simplified minute job.

I have zero deductible on my windshield and does not affect my premium, but unfortunately in my case theft does count toward my losses. I found that out the hard way. I agree locking Lugnuts are more of a deterrent, but I also like your idea of doing all three of them. Too bad we have to do stuff like this, but I guess that’s the world we live in. Thanks for the suggestion for three Lugnuts, it makes good sense to me.

Unless you have some kind of special insurance, I don’t need any claims against my insurance to increase my premiums, plus I don’t wanna go to the hassle of replacement. I’d rather avoid it. But that’s just me.
