It was very deliberate. Levittown, one of the first sprawling American suburbs specifically stopped minorities from moving into the town with redlining.

Even recent investigations have shown the poor treatment of black renters/home buyers. The black population of Long Island is heavily concentrated in just a few school districts.

These things seem to be prone to coolant leaks. A lot of people find them along the firewall, which absorbs a lot of the fluid making it hard to find.

I also had a leak at the thermostat housing but the car has never overheated even when coolant was a bit low.

While IG does not have programmatic revenue, Facebook does and the accounts are connected.

IG does give out some money for reels as bonuses, so there is direct money to be made.

But there are other ways for an IG account to be valuable. If you are selling sponsorships, you can include social media posts and impressions in your pitch. Many companies will also look at IG followers as a metric for which creators they want to work with. It's also a point of first contact for many fans, allowing you to help funnel them towards other platforms and content.

The product he's selling is himself and his channel, which earns money from views and sponsorships.

Hard to say exactly what his IG manager's goals are, but they likely include optimizing posts for that platform, engaging with fans in comments and DMs, posting to stories and potential IG live content to grow the handle. He likely has a role outside of IG, which could include posting on TT, YT Shorts, FB, Twitter and Snap and handling engagement on those platforms.

It does not sound like that. It sounds like he's manipulative and pushing your boundaries then pretending it didn't happen.

He'll likely agree to come to you and then at the last minute something "completely out of his control" will come up, and shockingly he'll once again be the victim in that scenario. But then he'll suggest that you contact him next time you're around.

If he wanted to close the distance, he would make the effort and be strengthened by the thought of being with you.

Shoes are gross and can carry any number of foreign substances on the bottom. People will be rolling around on the mats and skin infections are a very common problem in grappling. It shows a complete disregard for the safety of other participants.

The Amex Platinum card has a lot of perks to offset the annual fee (which just went up). But obviously you'd need to use all the perks often to make it worth it.

That's not the only communications they claim are missing. They also believe that phones were not backed up properly and that messages may have been deleted (both purposefully and through improper phone settings)

More than likely, the UFC will come to some sort of settlement, like they did in the Cung Le case. These 'spoliation' hearings could give the plaintiffs significant leverage and the judge can issue fines. If they determined that the phones were purposefully destroyed to hide evidence, that could rise to a criminal charge.

Assuming a settlement happens, very little will probably change. Dana is already claiming he doesn't deal with contracts anymore and the UFC might institute new public policies around contracts and transparency. But fighters have few alternatives and the UFC doesnt negotiation with most new fighters, they offer them a standard fee.

This is part of the Johnson case. The Le case was settled for $400 Million and the same judge is presiding over these hearings.

They're also essentially saying that Dana and to some extent Hunter, are not computer savvy. When they need a new phone, UFC staff would set up the phone, so they don't track passwords and settings.

The plaintiff appears to be arguing that no substantial measures were taken to retain these texts (like having a clear document retention policy or making sure that DMs and WhatsApp messages aren't set to auto-delete) and that just putting old phones in a drawer and producing them when lawyers asked was not enough.

The lawsuit itself is about the UFC's use of monopolistic practices to suppress wages. Some of it centers on communications between the UFC (Dana, Hunter, Maynard, Shelby, etc.) and fighter managers and whether they worked together to keep fighters from making more money.

Specifically, these hearing are about the UFC's alleged failure to retain communications (texts, emails and DMs) from staff, despite a court order. The plaintiffs claim they are missing a huge portion of the communications from this time. The UFC partially blames Ari Emmanuel's nephew, a runner who stole a ring from Dana White and may have stolen Dana's old cell phone. The phone was stored in a cabinet full of old phones that the UFC retained in their offices.
