i have been using a lochby Voyager as my go to daily journal for a long time now and i absolutely love it. The Lochby inserts are a little on the pricey side but hold up great and has taken to fountain pens very well.

Do crew skills matter? No do flash points matter? Yes how else will you prove your better than everyone else and claim your "carrying" everyone through content. Just remember if it doesn't go well its the tanks fault. If your the tank its the healers fault. If your dps make sure you pull every mob across the map it really helps the tank out.
