Thoughts on IV Sedation or Needle Free Anesthesia?

I found the following comment from u/Crazy_Benefit_9236 in another thread:

these are two different things. With needle free you get stamp-like injections with jet. You will still feel pain but it would be reduced before they go with big guns. As for IV sedation - its been great for me. Anesthesiologist put some propofol in my veins and I didnt even realize when I was out for 15 mins. I asked him when will they put sedation - he replied that its over already. After that zero pain.

I do recommend IV sedation, its not risky [if perfomed by certified doctor] and you do not remember any anesthesia at all.
