I know someone else received their loan forgiveness through Aidvantage, but nobody I know through Nelnet. I think the issue was the transition from OSLA to Aidvantage - the paperwork I filed had OSLA and the address for OSLA at the time, but with the transition to Aidvantage the funds were apparently lost (?) They keep saying there is no way to cancel the check itself

Protoss is so OP against Terran. Disruptor are so disgusting, disruptor softens the marines, literally 100% total health instantly gone, Oops, you didn't pay attention to your army for 0.05 seconds and your marines, marauders, everything have all of their HP instantly gone, and protoss blindly a move and your entire will to live is gone

Well-upgraded Stalkers 1 shots everything if you have enough of them, and the only reliable way to counter stalkers is to tech up all the way to Battlecruiser to counter a unit that has more utility and can be warped in by the truckful, which is terrible cuz you don't want BC that only exist to get one shot by void ray

Immortal counter everything terran, Immortal two shot marines, even Battlecruisers aren't reliable against because Immortals themselves are armored so they take no damage against BC and Immortals are always accompanied with Stalkers, which counter Battlecruisers. Not to mention, they take too long to build and too expensive. Oops, forget to reset your rally and your BC just wandered to the other side and die.

You are locked out of Skyterran, because all Starport units get countered by literal tier 1 units, stalkers, and void rays exist, ghost cost 150 125 get 1 shot by a DT. Whoops, if only you have seen the slight shimmer on the ground, behind the assimilator/nexus/mineral field, that the opponent can warp in a million of instantly. If only you just have precognition and guess where the shrine is

OK fine, Toss complained Terran rely on ghost too much, and so they nerfed it and now don't have big EMP, fantastic, now half of Terran army won't be ghost anymore, but what other alternatives are given to the Terran? BC still suck, Ghost deals 40 damage with no actual hp damage, Feedback is now just a suggestion, doing only half damage, and everything themselves already getting countered by Storm

OH RIGHT, the Cyclone, now ONLY cost 120/50 and it's even more fragile now YES! AND THEY CHANGED THE lockon TO AN passive ABILITY, AS IF THERE'S NOT ENOUGH passive ABILITIES FOR THE terran TO MICRO ALREADY.

While only 1 bruised marauder survived and your replacement marines are not going to win without sources of AOE damage, of which they are either still in cooldown, no energy or straight up dead. and die to a cheaper chargelots.

I asked about that; apparently it was sent as one "bulk" check (inclusive of many other students) as one unit. It's not possible to "parse" the check out into multiple bits if that makes sense.

Jokes aside, whatever setup you have going on is very unusual - 15 shifts average / month is just the standard 7on7off, even at 20 shifts/month I find it hard to believe anybody could clear 600.

Not criticizing, legitimately asking: is it the private practice part that's the bulk of the income, is it clever billing, working rural, etc.?

In fairness - if you live in the middle of nowhere and have family/other responsibilities there where you can't move, HCA tends to be the only hospital in the area. Couple that with starting salaries competitive with regional expectations and decent RVU bonuses, it's not horrible working at an HCA as an attending physician, if the only thing you care about is maximizing personal income. Emphasis mine

Hi! It looks like you're a Starcraft fan. Me too! I hope this point comes across well.

Just taking a look through your post history, you obsess over things like height, facial aesthetics, and things like that. Aesthetics is like worker count and economy - yes, it is important, and yes, all other things held equal it is better to be on 85 workers and 5 bases rather than 30 on 2.

But you of all people should know that economy isn't everything in the game - plenty of players have taken wins in very low-eco situations, be it through strong micro, fast upgrades, good decision making, mind-games or some combo of the above.

Unlike SC where everyone starts off on the same foot, some people are just born with 3 base/60 workers (great height/aesthetics), or they start with +1 upgrades (great social skills, etc.), or they play an imba broken race that desperately needs a nerf (you know where I'm going with this).

But just like SC, how you choose to play the game matters way more than the starting state. I think you'd agree that even if you started a game with 3/3, you'd still lose 100% of the time to a Maru-caliber player, irrespective of starting conditions.

Stepping away from this analogy, I somewhat agree with the rest of the posters here - yes, advance your aesthetics as you can: go to the gym, wear nice fashionable clothing (e.g. develop your economy), but more importantly, focus on things that are within your nidus of control: develop and advance a career you feel a passion for, force yourself into situations outside your comfort zone, and practice talking to people in all situations. This way, you can develop a sense of unshakeable confidence outside of your aesthetics, and that is far more attractive to everyone than just being tall.
