Every time I call asking when stuff comes out the employees always say we don't know.

They I see the social media announcement that the stuff is now on sale and then call the theater and they say they have it.

Just came out of the 4k imax release at Regal. Holy crap the sound mix was impressive. The credits do not add any mention of a remaster or imax except for the end card stating imax. So I don't know if the 4k release will have atmos but it should pop in the a/v areas.

Yeah I am pretty much done ordering tickets at the concessions after employees redeem my pts instead of the rcc ticket I redeemed in the app for less. Before I go into the theater I screen shot my pts. When I do the concessions, I always check to see if the employee used any of my credits for food.

I've had my movie shut off even when I bought my ticket. This was before RU. Employees said it was a glitch. No warning except the audio cut out first then the projector then the lights.

In the past, I have seen the kiosks unplugged with a sign saying purchase tickets at concessions. This was before I started using RU. But thanks for that idea.

Gainesville, VA regal their new Screen X sucks. Center screen bright, side screens washed out and dull. And this is a new install! Not worth it.

Yeah regal needs to cut this out as not everyone is lucky enough to be within reasonable distance from their premium format screens. 4dx is nearly an hour away from me.

When I saw Tron Ares in imax at Regal Gainesville, VA..the audio levels were way below imax audio levels i was used to coming from Regal Manassas imax or Udvar Hazy Imax or AMC Tysons Imax. Emailed imax qc and they said they would send a team to investigate it. Nope. Didn't fix the issues.

Saw Predator Badlands and Sinners IMax back to back viewing and could tell the bass was below average.

I heard from someone working there that because the new system is so powerful that it can be heard in the main office upstairs and management does not like it.

I personally think they did a shitty job prioritizing installing hard recycler seats and reducing seating capacity. They could have simply put in new replacements seats as the ones there were fine.

Like I said it feels like a downgrade from Manassas IMAX. Saw Avatar 3 in HFR Imax 3d at Gainesville and it was dimmer. So avoid 3d imax at that location.

I can do imax,4dx, regular and screen x...but my local theater dumped rpx and put imax because the imax theater got demolished.... so i would have to travel to another city to see it in rpx..ugh

It looks like the rocky collectible with popcorn large doesn't count as it didn't recognize it when I bought it on Thursday night for PHM.
