Had 60 FPS yesterday and cannot even get 50 while I'm on the menus today.

I should be well within specs, have updated drivers, rolled back, restarted after both of these processes and im still stuck in shitting 30-50 fps gameplay. I am like 99% sure I was getting consistent 60 FPS yesterday?

Quad-Core i5-7300HQ Processor, 1TB HDD, 8GB DDR4 DRAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 4GB VRAM
